These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Suite and related services provided by Supah, Inc. (“Supah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Suite. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To use Suite, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the services
• Use the services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Suite may allow you to connect third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorize us to access and use data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your account settings.

The services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Supah, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Suite. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

Suite may display health and wellness data obtained from third-party integrations. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should not rely on Suite for medical decisions and should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Suite is currently in invite-only preview. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supah, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
